Fish Tacos Ensenada Style
1 Dozen corn tortillas.
2 lbs. Fillet Fish (Preference is shark)cut in strips to fit in middle of corn tortilla.
1 1/2cup pancake mix
1/2 cup masa
1 tsp mustard powder
1 egg
1 beer
1/8 tsp baking powder.
salt and pepper
shredded cabbage
Pico De Gallo

White fish taco sauce: Mayonnaise diluted with milk
Avocado Sauce:1/2 bottle HotAcado avocado hot sauce
1 Avocado and condensed milk.
Mash avocado combine avocado hot sauce and dilute with condensed milk until runny consistency.

Preparation:
In a bowl add pancake mix all ingredients except beer. Add beer slowly until batter is smooth not watery you want it to stick to fish. Dip each piece of washed fish in batter then deep fry. Place fish in tortilla. Add cabbage, Pico de Gallo cover with white fish taco sauce and avocado fish taco sauce. Enjoy!
